ASAP reminder not going out

I created a new event with an ASAP reminder (+ 1 day & 1 week reminder). First time I saved it, I got this error. Went back to the event, reminders were gone. Second time, it seemed to save correctly, but I never got the ASAP reminder.

Did you try a Shift + Refresh @AudreyReed

@AudreyReed if you did Shift + Refresh and still got it - please list the exact steps you took so we can try to repro it

Shift+Refresh while editing the event??

Steps:
I created the event with 3 reminders (ASAP, 1 day, 1 week).
I saved the event.
I got the error.
I navigated back to the calendar.
Clicked on the event in the calendar.
No reminders were there.
I added the reminders.
I did NOT receive the ASAP reminder.
The reminder shows as sent. It’s not in my inbox or spam folders. Checked with others; they did not receive the email either.

Shift+Refesh anytime to update the site

I have shift+refreshed. I’ve cleared my cache. I went back into the event, removed the reminder it thinks it sent, saved the event, went back into the event, added the ASAP reminder again, watched the dots spin for several minutes, finally it finished, and still no reminder email. It says the reminder has already been sent but no one I have checked with has received it.

Do you have RSVP on? If so who is marked to get it? Just Yes or Yes/Maybe

Yes, RSVP is on and marked to Yes/Maybe

This same thing happened this morning.

The event saves (with reminders on to Yes & Maybe), but the ASAP reminder doesn’t go out.

When I edit the event again, reminders are disabled.

I add the reminders back, and the ASAP reminder still doesn’t go out.

The only way to get reminders to go out is to delete and recreate the event.

This is the original error message

Just tried to recreate the event and got the same error message. :sob:

And, yes, tried shift+refresh and clearing cache. Even tried logging into an incognito window, same error.
