Hello I am the COR and sadly the primary user of Scoutbook until others are trained in my units and am not able to assign my stepson to his patrol the same way I was able to assign all the other scouts to theirs (we only have two patrols). I get an error message and suspect it’s due to the familial ties. Could we fix that please? My ID is 14122641 and his is 134343429
@PatrickWells- are you using advancememts.scouting.org to manage the patrols ? What was the error message ?
Yes sir I am tusing Scoutbook+ and the error message is “Given packid is invalid - packid: 39833
@PatrickWells- if you go to that scout page in legacy and look at the membership section is there an active pack membership or are they a den chief
Yes sir, Ben is a Den Chief
@PatrickWells- i wonder if ending the den chief position would allow him to be moved to a patrol
@PatrickWells I assume this is for 1109B? You need to talk to council on your registration as you are double registered in the unit

On the patrol issue, I can setup a screenshare to take a look
Ending the DC position, then adding to patrol, and reestablishing the DC position should get around it
