I have an event that switched from RSVP to attendance mode 6 hours before the event start. Is this a time zone issue? How do I fix it?
This is a known issue. The calendar is set to Central Standard Time. Events will switch from RSVP to attendance mode 1 hour before the event start in Central Standard time. There is no workaround and we do not know when it will be fixed.
Thanks for the replies. I am in Pacific Time and this still happened 4 hours ahead of when the start in central time zone. Could it be something else?
I wish I had that problem. I am Pacific Time also, but can’t take attendance until after the event starts or even after! I would love to be able to take attendance as they arrive rather than try to remember who was there afterwards.
