Awarding Merit Badges Causes them to be deleted from Purchase Order

As Advancement Coordinator, when I award a merit badge, rank, or award in Scoutbook Plus, it deletes it from a Closed Purchase Order. Is this an intended change from Scoutbook? Here is a recent listing of items that were deleted from a recent purchase order. Tested it again today for the Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge.

Items are not supposed to be deleted from closed POs. I’ll check to see if there is an open story for this and if. It get it reported.

I do not see this happening to CLOSED POs - Open POs yes

Here is the closed purchase order that at one time had the Cit in Community Merit Badge on it

That is the “Awarded” tab of Scoutbook Plus Advancements

Seems I can’t replicate it.

Went through the process (with an unexpected router reset) and it remained on the closed purchase order.

I’ll make sure to close out all purchase orders in the future which might have been the reason for the previous ones to fall off an open purchase order. Scoutbook didn’t work that way as I recall. As long as it was on an open or closed purchase order, they stayed. Learned something.

If something was awarded that was on an open PO, Scoutbook did remove it because you no longer need to purchase it.
