Hello there. All our scouts have most of their awards missing from the SB+ how do I get those ported over? We do not have a backup to this list. Thank you.
@MariaToro well a little data to understand the problem. What is an example Member # (no name) of a Scout - and what award is missing?
every scout on my roster, to start off, they are missing the religious awards, toten chip, firemen’s chit, we are Housatonic Council (district we are being merged to Ct Rivers). thanks

@MariaToro looking at 137396709 - they have Whittling and Paddleboard awards. If they are supposed to have others, they were never recorded in Scoutbook by the unit, or they are not approved in Scoutbook.
The only religious award that is recognized in the Youth Religious Emblem (the purple knot) - all the others like God and Country are not Scouting America awards, they are PRAY Group awards.
If there are awards listed at Awards Central | Scouting America that the Scout has earned it looks like they were never entered OR approved in Scoutbook.
