Religious Award added in old Scoutbook not appearing in Scoutbook Plus

Hello, I added the religious award for a scout in the Scoutbook Legacy page. Until very recently it did not seem possible to add it on the Scoutbook Plus side. However, when I look at the awards page in Scoutbook Plus for this scout, I see “Award not started”.

If I click on the award page, I get the error message “Unable to find userAward for the given userId and awardId - userId: 13463788 - awardId: 42”. The page loads but still shows Not Started.

If I then try to mark it as awarded and hit save, it shows: “user award can not be created because userAward or userAwardRequirements already exist for the given userId, awardId - userId: 13463788 - awardId: 42”

So I guess the award is there in the database, but ScoutBook Plus is not picking it up correctly? I was hoping there would be a workaround of deleting it in Scoutbook legacy, but when I click on the award there I get redirected to ScoutBook Plus, so that’s no longer an option.

Any ideas what to try next? Or maybe the Scoutbook fairy can magically delete the bad row in the database table? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

There is a known issue with displaying awards in Scoutbook Plus.
