Messenger of Peace, Mile Swim, and Totin' Chit awarded in Scoutbook, but "not started" in Plus

Hello,

Scout 14192627 has three missing awards in Scoutbook Plus. Scout earned Messenger of Peace 5/7/22, the Mile Swim 2/11/23, and theTotin’ Chit 3/11/23. All are recorded in Scoutbook, but show “not started” in Scoutbook Plus. I no longer have access to the individual requirements that were completed and approved by previous leaders in Scoutbook. Please advise how to restore Scout’s record. Thank you.

@KristenSchoellhorn - the awards are still an issue at this time and has been noted MANY times already and the dev team is aware. Please watch the change log for an update.

Thank you for the quick response. I didn’t know if only specific awards were affected. I saw issues with Mile Swim and Totin’ Chit, but not with Messenger of Peace. Wanted to log our Scout’s data. We will wait for the fixes. Thank you.
