Awards do not display correctly in SB+. Specifically, Outdoor Achievement Award bronze/gold/silver devices show for incomplete awards, but completed devices don’t show at all.
Plus, the ‘tile’ display of the awards is NOT GOOD AT ALL – please maintain the list view of SB so things can actually be found quickly.
More specifically, EIGHT different devices are shown as “not started” for the ‘Adventure’ OAA, but NO devices are shown for the ‘Camping’ OAA, even thought the Scout has earned them, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to note any new have been earned (because they don’t appear).
Similarly, Merit Badges aren’t displayed. I’ve selected “Show: All Merit Badges” and only 58 are displayed.
So are we supposed to somehow manually identify ALL missing/incorrect awards and merit badges and provide the Member IDs of every Scout in our Troop because there might be an error that needs to be fixed (so you can “investigate”)?

@MarkDelsman- can you try an incognito session for looking at the merit badges as All of my scouts show all 139
Can you understand that that is not an acceptable “solution” to a fundamental problem?
BTW, whatever was done, the Merit Badge list has magically refreshed and seems to show all of them. Awards still seem to be messed up though.

@MarkDelsman- look.. I am a volunteer like you and I do not appreciate your tone. Secondly, it was not presented as a “solution” but rather a way to see what may be causing the cache to fail. Thirdly I posted a link that the NOA is a known and reported issue.
