Issues with NOA Camping Awards in Scoutbook Plus

I have some scouts that have earned the NOA Camping award along with additional devices. However, Scoutbook Plus does not show the center emblem as awarded even though it does show in Scoutbook. If I try to award it in Scoutbook Plus, I get an error that says “Could not determine previous Device Award.”

Additionally, several scouts have earned the Camping Gold/Silver Device award. This does not show in Scoutbook Plus, nor do I even see an option to award it. (The only NOA devices I see listed are Adventure.)

Ah, my apologies – I didn’t see there was a separate category for bugs. I had scanned the recent posts in this category and didn’t see anything.

Just coming on here to say the same…hoping will resolve soon as we have a COH right around the corner
