NOAA Devices Not Showing Awarded in Scoutbook Plus

The devices for the NOAA segments are now showing up in Awards but all are showing as “Not Started” even if they were previously awarded in Scoutbook legacy. These also do not show up in the Advancements - History tab.

There is a known issue with NOAA awards and devices.
