I have added, removed and added approval for Baloo the Builder multiple times.
Since the August 29 update Baloo the Builder appears in Scoutbook on the scouts page, as well as on the To be purchased, and To be awarded reports.
It does not appear as started or completed in Scoutbook Plus on the scouts Bear Rank page.
@JosephReding have you tried a Shift + Refresh - or an incognito window? I just tried it and it marked approved on Rank page.
