Scout Incorrectly Showing in Report

In SB+, I have a custom report for the Tenderfoot rank that is mostly working very well. I used the Report Builder designer and I have the following settings, including the highlighted line:

I have one Scout who is showing up, but she earned her Tenderfoot some time ago. I can’t figure out what I’ve done wrong with her Tenderfoot rank that is different from the others.

Her BSA ID is 141574081 for the Greater Yosemite Council.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction!

@DavidParker7 It looks a little odd. It is leader approved, but there is no audit date for the approval. Could you try unapproving it, then re-approve it?

Thank you, after I did that and re-ran the report, it is now working as expected!
