Are blue cards still required when using Scoutbook? Some leaders think not.
I believe they are still a requirement to be used.

The latest guide to Advancement indicates physical blue cards or Scoutbook (signed-off by a counselor) are equivalent. I would have to chase down the exact section when Iām back at my desktop.
ETA: My mistake. I thought it was in the Guide to Advancement. The BSA COVID-19 FAQs state:
