BSA ID missing from SB account

Some how our scout has been disconnected from his SB account. He can log in, but can not access, log or complete anything. Access through parent accounts are fine. Noticed when he was logged into his account, only the SB User ID shows, but the BSA Member ID is gone. Everything looks normal from the parent account side.

Everything look fine on the account @Baker3 unless the scout made a second account
