When I run an RSVP report some scouts have Parent/Guardian info and some don’t, some have info in both columns, some only one. Where does this info pull from and how do I get it to populate for every scout? (I am the CC for both Troop and Crew, and the one missing info in example below are my children).
What is Member # (no name) of a scout it is not showing for?
There are many - One example is Member 134757487
@JenniferGardner1 are parents invited to the event? that is first question in my testing
Yes. It’s me and I am the CC and I always invite al the leaders
Follow up: why would the parent need to be invited to have the scout’s parent guardian contact info be shown?
This scout is not registered and is outside of the Grace period - that could have something to do with the display
![]()
This is my son and I am certain he is registered and not outside the grace period
Oh I hit the test server not the real server - they look identical. yeah Scout is good in real life.
I am looking at a RSVP Report and see a few things that do not make sense. I will send in questions.
Thanks Donovan. I appreciate your speedy assistance.
I have some where the parent shows in the second parent slot and the first one is blank. Then some with both. And at least one with One parent, but it does not show. This report might be working off old SB Connections, but that does not answer your scout.
Yeah I have all combinations of craziness. I just want to use it as a emergency contact list for event roster. So it’s helpful that a parent/guardian appears in at least 1 column. I can clean up old connection. That certainly could not hurt.
I cleaned old connections and no change to the RSVP report
