Our troop is using scoutbook for RSVP’s for our campouts. We have noticed that the RSVP Report does not include the parent’s email address. Where can we adjust the report to include the parents email address. Our troop uses email to communicate with parents while on campouts so that we can provide the ETA of our arrival back to our meeting place.
It’s a huge inconvenience to have to pull a roster report and selectively pull email addresses manually. That leaves us open to human error, by accidentally forgetting an email address.
