Many parents are responding to RSVP for themselves rather than the scouts. It would be helpful to know which parents RSVP in addition to their scouts RSVP status.
I would also love an option to define a schedule by which to receive the RSVP report via email so that I can quickly access the list on the go.
And when I make a change to the Invitees filter view on the event page, such as changing to see the list by RSVP status, I would like that filter to persist for my account.

Could you clarify this a bit? Parents should have the ability to choose who they are responding for.
Parents can do that, but I think the UI encourages them to respond only for themselves. However what I’m asking for is to include parent RSVPs in the RSVP report. I only see scouts and leaders.
So in addition to the rsvp report enhancement, maybe something could change with that interface.
Or should I only invite scouts to make them rsvp only for their scouts?
The calendar page looks very clear, but emails link to the event page itself where it’s not as clear that parents are RSVPing only for themselves and not their scouts.
Ah HA! You know what? the RSVP report already does show the parents. I was expecting to see parents in a separate section from the scouts because that’s how the invite list groups them, but the RSVP report lists parents RSVP status to the right of the scouts in the RSVP report. (I knew parents were listed there, but I completely missed the column that indicated the RSVP status of the parents).
In the screenshot, you can see scouts and leaders as separate sections (yellow highlights), and I was expecting another section for parent RSVP responses in a section below (orange box). But what I was looking for is the green highlights.
Ok, so that part of this can be ignored.
I think there’s likely some improvement that could be made on the event page to identify dependent scouts RSVPs similar to the calendar page. It would be nice if the filter view by RSVP status would persist. And it would be great to define a time to have the RSVP report delivered via email. Seeing Parent RSVP status now, I would like to add a request to align how parent/scout RSVPs are handled within the UI and the report. I understand not all requests can be accommodated, I just wanted to submit my ideas for improvement based on my experiences. Thanks
