Can no longer access "Needs Approval Report", redirects to my Scoutbook Plus profile

I am a Cub Scout Den Leader. When I click on the “Needs Approval Report” in Scoutbook, it takes me to my profile in Scoutbook Plus. This issue was happening about a month ago, but then was resolved, but it is happening again.

I also cannot as a Den Leader mark completed cub scout activity requirements as “Approved” for my son, and the “Needs Approval Report” was my only work around.
