Scoutbook Plus Permissions issues

I am running into some odd access problems with Scoutbook Plus for advancement. I am the Tiger Den Leader, and also the Treasurer for Pack 10 in Honeoye Falls, NY. This weekend, I was able to mark advancements as complete and approved, but I have mostly lost that ability. I cannot open any scouts through the Roster tab, but I can access any scout through the History tab of the Roster. Once I go through History, I can complete, approve, and award advancements for any scout, even ones not in my den. Unit Quick Entry does not allow me to select any scouts, but Quick Entry for a single scout that I open through Roster History does allow me to approve all parts of an adventure. I’ll attach some screenshots to illustrate the problem.

@CraigMoscicki your situation is odd - as it all looks correct - first suggestion is to have an admin reassign you to the Den again in SB+

@CraigMoscicki looking again here is the issue - you gave yourself the position of Den Leader and Admin - BUT the unit admin has not approved the position - therefore it is not functional. The Unit obviously has to approve the position for it to work

Ok, so my current workaround to do approvals through Roster History is probably unintended, and that should not be working either? Anyone with Pack Admin rights can approve the position in Scoutbook Plus, or does it have to be our Committee Chair? Does anything have to be done in Scoutbook as well?

Approval would happen is Scoutbook Legacy - but yes a troop admin
