Needs approval report in Scoutbook Plus? (and other old Scoutbook features seemingly missing)

I’m a Cub Scout den leader. I’m extremely familiar with the old scoutbook because I was the pack admin for it for 5 years way back 10 years ago when I was a Cub Scout leader the first time. I’ve been struggling with the new ScoutBook Plus and have been having to go back to old scoutbook to do certain things. I’m hoping I’m just missing something or not set up right and so wanted to ask.

The biggest issue / gap I see is I can’t find a “Needs Approval Report” like the one in Scoutbook where you can easily see what needs to be approved for my Den and check them off right there. I also don’t see a “Needs Awarding Report” in Scoutbook Plus like exists in scout book. There is a purchase report, but that isn’t necessarily the same thing (in our pack, we pre-buy adventures so we can award them at the meetings, which is in line with doing timely recognition of advancements). The third thing (all in ranking priority to me), is I can see the full roster in Scoutbook plus and group by den, but what I really want is a view like they have in scout book where it is a page just for my den, where I can see my scouts and run my den-level reports and do den things without seeing all other scouts from our pack. Is that not a thing in scout book plus?

Am I missing these reports or do they really expect us to bounce back and forth between scoutbook and scoutbook plus? Thanks

@DavidBartelli Right now the best play is using both systems - but watch the Change Log for updates

Thanks for the quick reply, although it is quite disappointing. Scoutbook was ok, not great 10 years ago, but adding another system and making leaders bounce between both to do what is needed is a step back. It was easier 10 years ago. Hopefully these gaps get fixed soon. Thanks again for the update.

@DavidBartelli

Scouting America IT is working to migrate all functions from legacy Scoutbook to Scoutbook Plus. This is a major project that is being released in stages. This is why some reports are not yet in Scoutbook Plus. As features are migrated, they are announced in the Change Log.
