I can no longer run reports. I no longer go to scouting meetings or activities, but I’ve continued helping prepare for the COHs so I did not renew my Council dues. I logged onto my scouting and I no longer have any positions assigned. Is this because I did not pay Council dues? I’m turning this over to another parent, but was hoping to still run reports while I’m training a replacement for the next 2 COHs (September). How do I get reinstated? I hope I do not have to submit a new application as I do not see my application in MyScouting. I have my id, but I know you don’t want me to post it here.
@TwilaLytle - if you did not pay your renewal then you are no longer registered. It may well be a new application but you can use your previous member ID for that.
@TwilaLytle If you log in at my.Scouting.org first, it should be fairly easy to get re-registered online (assuming that online registration is allowed by your troop and council). Before you re-register, just make sure your SYT training is current.
Your last registration expired 12/31/25. Only registered leaders are able to run any reports that are not specifically for their own children. If you still want to have access to the unit in Scoutbook Plus, you will need to register and be given permissions by your unit Key 3.
Thanks for clarifying. I’m turning over duties and retiring. I’ll just ensure the new person has the needed addess. My understanding is that Unit Advancement Chair can run reports and this can only be assigned to one person.
