Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

I am the advancement chair and I no longer have access within Scoutbook Plus and Myscoutin.org to make updates to scout profiles such as moving them into their new dens, logging advancements and running member training reports. When I log into Scoutbook Plus, I only see my 2 sons, whereas before I was able to see the whole Pack listed.

Can you please help? Do I have to contact my council?

@AimeeSweeney you are no longer registered - your registration expired 1/31/26. You will need to reregister with your Council.

Oh, I was not aware. I will look into why my registration wasn’t renewed. Thank you.
