All of my access to individual scouts is gone, and I can’t even find my way to Scoutbook plus to work my recharter. No idea what changed or why. My local council has not been helpful as they are unable to address any of these problems and refer me to this forum (not their fault).
@KimShultz- well recharter is now unit renewal and membership renewal and is done at my.scouting.org. What is your registered position in the unit ?
I am the scoutmaster, and have also been handling advancements. The issue is the same in my.scouting.org - nothing comes up for my troop except canned reports.
You need to contact your counicll. You have no current memberships in Akela the person database. Your last registration expired on 7/31/25 and your renewal is listed as complete but not current. This means there is an issue that your Council must address.
