I am the advancement coordinator for my troop. I used to be able to see all the scouts on my.scouting.org. I am having an issue with a scout that has dissapeared on Scoutbook as well as 2 new scouts that are not showing up on scoutbook. Now I can only see the YPT report and training report for leaders. How do I address this?
Did your troop recharter recently? Functional roles such as Advancement Chair, Key 3 Delegate, and Unit Training Chair have to be redesignated by a troop Key 3 (SM, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) each year after the unit’s recharter is processed by the council.
As for the new Scouts, are they officially registered with your troop?
You Unit Advancement Chair position ended at recharter. A Key 3 needs to go to my.scouting.org and go to Unit Security Manager and add that functional role back to you.
