I had a scout earn Totin’ Chip on Saturday and as I was recording the individual requirements that they completed Scoutbook+ stopped recording what the dates and approval that I was entering. After the third requirement the Scoutbook+ stopped recording the dates and approval. I would enter a date for the requirement, click the approval box, click save and it would refresh and a little dialog box would come up with a green check mark saying that the advancement was recorded but then the date box would be empty and it says that the Totin’ Chip is not started. I should say this is the BSA level Totin’ Chip not the Cub Scout level chip.

I was able to successfully enter Toten’ Chips for other scouts in our unit on 6/28/25.
