Trying to record Tottin Chip using the Unit Quick Entry.
On submit the system thinks for a while and throws this gnarly error:
Recreated with 12 scouts, then 8, then 1…
Any advice on how to proceed? I am using Chrome in Incognito mode.

I have similar problems with Firem’n Chit and Totin Chit awards for three of our scouts. BSA ID are = 142204075, 142029331, and 137234876.
I cleared cache and still had similar error message. Can someone help me, please?

I am also having the same problem and need help. I can’t enter either Firem’n Chit or Totin’ Chip for my new scouts either as quick entry for the group or as individuals. I got the same gnarly error message.
We really need the Scout MIDs also to test
I found a workaround everyone. Go into the individual’s record and select the award. Enter the requirement dates individually and hit SAVE. Ignore the error message. Once all the requirements are complete, go back to your roster. Then click on the individual’s record again and select the award. It will still show as incomplete until you actually click on the award and then magically, it will show as completed!
A decent numbers of the scouts with this issue seem to have a previous version of the award also - so take a look at that
