Cannot Access Merit Badge Details

When I tried to open the Fishing merit badge for one of my Scouts, I got the following error message:

Advancements are moved to advancements.scouting.org - there is an issue getting to some MBs in Legacy - you can use SB+ for those - only the MBC features are not on
