We need details on what you were doing when the error occurred and if this was with a specific Scout, the Scouting America Member ID (no names).

I am Darren Hoy, the assigned MBC for Scout (Member ID 140858265). I selected this Scout’s Merit Badges … the error resulted from selecting Pers Mgmt.
@DarrenHoy this is a known bug - watch the change log for updates. As you are also a leader you can use SB+ to enter the info for the MB - just not sign as MBC
I am working with a scout named (name removed by moderator) from Troop 111B on the Rifle Shooting Merit Badge. I get the error when I try to open the connection to him.

@RussellSchow- you need to use the my merit badges menu from the dashboard in scoutbook.scouting.org. also do not post names of scouts in a public forum
