Error message when accessing a Scout's merit badges

I have looked at several Scouts in two of my units tonight who questioned not being awarded a merit badge that they thought was complete. Each time I went into Scoutbook and selected the Scout, then scrolled down the Scout’s Merit Badges, and then selected the MB in question. Every Scout showed the same error message: Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

It did not matter which unit, which Scout, or which MB.

Do we have a time frame? Best guess is ok.

Scouting America IT does not release schedule information.

Unit leaders can use SB+ (advancements.scouting.org) to enter MB reqs and advancement - MBCs just do not have access.
