I was able to input achievements and rank advancements previously by clicking on the name of the scout on the roster. Recently, it changed to where the scouts in my Den are no longer highlighted under the roster. I can’t access their records in Scoutbook Plus to adjust anything. BUT, if I go to the advancements tab and look at their previously awarded items I can click on the name and get access to their profile and make edits, enter advancements etc. I have admin privileges. It says on my profile that I am in the role of a Den Leader, which is accurate, and I have the ability to make these adjustments but I would have to search for past awards for each individual scout and it would be a little tedious. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thank you in advance!
It looks like you are no longer associated with a den. Ask a Key 3 member to used Edit Den to make sure you are listed in the proper den.
