Den Leader access

BSA#13913967

  1. Not sure where her tenure as Wolf DL is not showing in her SB profile. 7/1/23-6/30/24
  2. Should only show as Bear DL starting 7/1/24 to present with Den Admin Rights.
  3. As Bear DL she is not able to see any of the progress of the scouts in her Bear Den including her son. What needs to be fixed? Is this something only forum can fix or is this something as Key3 delegate I can do for the Pack. If I can fix it, please let me know the steps.
These are the Slack messages I am getting from this DL.
Scoutbook issues! I cannot figure out to check progress of individual Scouts in my den. Anyone had any success?

Current adventures are blank for all the Scouts I have looked at (even my own kids). I tried on Monday and had the same problem.

I can’t do anything in Scoutbook Plus. I can’t do quick entry, view progress for individual Scouts in my den, or run reports. Not sure what to screenshot as everything is grayed out or blank.

I can only see PAST adventures for my Scouts. None of them have current adventures listed.
Screen shots from her below. We have Pack awards this coming Sunday and needs a huge update. Thanks

I had to clean up connections a lot yesterday but that was after I got her messages about her access. There was a lot of non returning leaders which needed clearing and access for some DL to scouts that were never in their Dens.

This is what I see for that BSA member ID number (13913967):

You could try going in to Scoutbook (legacy):

  1. Go to the Pack Roster page.
  2. Click on her name.
  3. Click on her Den Admin role.
  4. Click “Update” to save.

These steps should reset her Den Admin role and her connections to all of the Scouts in her den.

I did as directed and she still unable to see anything for her den nor any ability to update their requirements.

Is this a 24hr thing or is something still amiss.

If she gets on the forums we can setup a screenshare to take a look at it

@TammieZemler The developers recommend a hard page reload / refresh while logged in to Scoutbook Plus.

For most browsers, this can be done by:

SHIFT + reload icon in the browser toolbar
or
CTRL + F5
or
FN + F5
