I have an open purchase order that needs several items deleted. When I use the link “Delete Item(s) from Purchase Order” I receive the following error code “ Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!”. I reported the issue to my local council a week ago, but the issue has not been resolved and I have an order I need to place for an event this weekend.
Is it a huge purchase order? maybe just delete the whole thing and start over?
The developers have recently been informed of this bug. We do not know when it will be fixed. As a workaround, you could either delete the whole PO and start over or leave the items on and add something to the notes section in the next PO.
