I cannot update new Bobcat partial requirements for a scout that is assigned to the correct den. I was able check off partial requirements for other members of same den. Using correct version of 2024. Ideas?
@MarniePlunkett what is the Scouts BSA # and what den level are they in?

Has the den been advanced to AOL? it does not look like it has. You can click Edit Den on the Roster at advancement.scouting.org to change the den to AOL
Last approved rank is Webelos. That is shown. Have started AOL, and that is shown.
Still can’t get into this new Bobcat requirement for this particular scout.

@MarniePlunkett - have you checked that the den is set to AOL
Well 2 things - Den names get their level in name automatically - I do not see it for this den
The Scout is also a Webelos Scout
Here is a den and Scout setup right
Make sure the Den is an AOL den - if it is I would move the scout to a different den level, then move back to the AOL den so the correct Scout Level will flip for them
