Cannot input service hours for Eagle Project

I’m trying to record an entry for service hours, but when I try to populate the ‘Type of Project’ drop down, it is blank.

Nor am I able to type an entry by hand into the dialog box.

When I try to record the entry without the ‘Type of Project’ it is rejected.

Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this issue?

Thanks for the suggestion. I switched to a different computer and it populated fine.
