I’m unable to log into advancements.scouting.com on any machine or browser. The credentials seem okay, but then I just get a loading graphic that never stops.
I’d appreciate any help! Thank you!

@RussellAndersen that Member ID is a Cub Scout and has no sign in created.
The father has Sign in with Google turned on for their own account
