Scoutbook plus and scouting advancements

I am using my laptop and my mobile device I tried to log on to internet advancements to see what all our scouts needed because we’re coming to the end and I cannot see anybody’s advancements anymore it will not let me log anything. Is anyone else having this problem? I am not expired.

I’m assuming you’re using the same credentials to log in at advancements.scouting as you do at my.scouting.

Are you able to log in at my.scouting? If so, does your registered position show as current? Once you’re in, can you (in the same browser window) open advancements.scouting?

Can you log in to scoutbook.scouting?

Trying to narrow down whether the issue is local to one platform or related to the account.

@KristaMitchell1 a new account (user) was made for you in the Greater St Louis Council it seems - did you do this? It was made 3 days ago

@KristaMitchell1 It appears that you have 2 member ID numbers, and the wrong one was set as “primary” at my.Scouting. This should be fixed now, but you might need to wait for the overnight sync to run. You should have full access again tomorrow.

I can still log into everything but it will not let me do anything else.

My oldest daughter joined a new Scout Troop because she crossed over from AOL into bsa.

Thank you I’m not quite sure how it did that. My oldest daughter is transferring to a troop from our pack.
