My.scouting Login Issue - Google ID

I had been logging into my my.scouting account (adult den Leader) using Google ID for over a year without issue, but it now has not worked for several months. I can log onto the app without any issue, but I cannot log into the website at all. I tried to create an alternate login means by adding a username and password, but the website tells me that’s not possible because I have a Google login credential. Any help would be appreciated. Is there a tech support email and/or phone number?

What error are you receiving when you try to log in? Are you able to log in to my.scouting.org? Are you trying to log in to Scoutbook Plus (https://advancements.scouting.org) or Legacy Scoutbook (https://scoutbook.scouting.org)?

The account logged in for this post belongs to a youth. Are you the Scout or parent?

I have tried logging into both my.scouting.org and advancements.scouting.org, and it’s the same experience. I can click on the link to log in with a Google ID, that navigates to a screen that allows me to select my name/email with Google, and, after that, it navigates to an error screen for a fraction of a second (too short to get a screen shot) and then the screen goes blank. I’m logged into this forum with my son’s account, which I didn’t bother to correct based on the issues I’ve had logging into both to scouting.org with my account. Again, everything works fine on the Scouting app. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
