Cannot Print Pocket Certificates

I am the Advancement Chair and a Key 3 Delegate for my unit. Every time I try to print pocket certificates, from both an open PO and a closed PO, with the date/e-signature selected or deselected, I get the following error:

@CrystalOldham- that seems like a time out issue. How many sessions are you [tabs of scoutbook plus and/or scoutbook classic]

That was the only tab and I also cleared my cache?

Try logging out, then log back in again.
