Pocket Certificates Reports from Purchase Orders

To whom it may concern,

I am having issues accessing the pocket certificates. I am unable to access them from the open purchase order. I have attached the error message. I have used both Firefox and Safari and get the same results. Any assistance is appreciated.

@BrianDavis7- i would gather you have the appropriate dropdown selected in the upper right?

Correct,

I have the adventures selected and I tried to print certificate which throws an error message. I am a key 3 so I am not sure why it would give me a permission error. The only thing I can think of is there are permissions on the back end that restricts access to the advancement chair.

Can you provide the URL where you received the error? The developers need this.

It appears to be working now. I had my wife who is the advancement chair open the link with no issue. The issue persisted until this afternoon when magically starting working.

Thank you. The developers did tell me they fixed the issue. I just got to a spot where I could ask you to test but obviously you have.
