Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Good evening, we have a scout who does not show up on the roster in scoutbook plus. I have already tried to do the “reset” filter, but he still doesn’t show up. I am a Key 3 delegate…and I also asked our SM if he could see him…he had the same issue.
Missing Scout from Scoutbook plus roster. Scout is on My.scouting and Scoutbook legacy. Showing primary ID 135559641 (T606) as secondary, which I believe is the cause of the disconnection. This is the third time this has happened this year.
@KatherynBurgess ok that is fixed and set to not happen again - councils that interpret that a scout has to be registered with them for camp is annoying.
I tried again today. Cleared my cache and reset the filters, tried in incognito, tried in another browser, tried on my phone (android) and I still cannot see the scout. The only way I can see him is if I go to the legacy site. Any other ideas?
@MichelleThompson - ok.. last thing i can think of.. in legacy scoutbook.. go to that scout in the roster, click on them then click on the membership line and make sure that there is ONLY one entry in the current membership section. If there is a ScoutsBSA Unit level and the patrol listed on the patrol needs to be there and the other can be end dated.
Yes…there is only one “current membership” for this scout in the legacy scoutbook. And he is part of the correct patrol in that membership (has a joined date of 2024 and has been a member for 826d)
