Scout ID 141715642 is on my.scouting.org roster but not on Scoutbook Plus roster. I have reset my filters and run incognito and still won’t show up. Please sync. Thank you!
@ShawnOConnor Scout is in 8046 in scoutbook. Did you go to Filters and actually click the reset?
@ShawnOConnor Just to clarify, the Scout is registered with a troop, not a pack.

I only see the Scout registered with the troop. He is no longer registered with the pack. I do not know why he still shows on your roster at my.Scouting.
Very strange. He was with us all last year and just caught now. He is about to start 5th Grade this week so should not be eligible yet to join a troop
Check his DOB, but he appears to be old enough to join a troop.
I will see the family tomorrow at Open House and I will inquire. Thank you all for the help troubleshooting.
@ShawnOConnor ok - under this log in you are Cubmaster - you have no registration with Troop - so you would not see the roster in same way. How are you associated with the Troop.
he shows up in pack because he just transferred and is in the still existing grace period
