Troop 232 Ashland, Mayflower Council - Scout with ID 14305871 shows up in Scoutbook but disappeared in Scoutbook Plus?

@ScottOBrien the scout is in the Cheese Weasel patrol - I would go to SB+ (really no reason to even open legacy anymore other than MBC work and payment logs) - At top of roster click Filter and Reset. See if that solves it.

@ScottOBrien the quartermaster position is not approved - I wonder if that is the issue? If you click reset and scout still does not show we can close the QM position to see if that solves it.

Donovan, Thank you! I tried both of these and still no luck getting him to show up in Scoutbook Plus. Any other ideas?

I have removed some connections that didn’t look right. Please try again. You might need to do a hard page reload in Scoutbook Plus.

I would also try using an Incognito window on your browser

@ScottOBrien the DEVs signed in as you and see the scout - if you still do not we can setup a screenshare to take a look

I have 2 scouts that are siblings, been in scouts for years so not a new scout or transfer. They are in SB, but not SB+. SB ID is 13857133 and sibling is 13599352

I have a similar one. Shows up in my.scouting and legacy SB does not show up in SB+.

I have reset filters.

He was on my roster until my registrar somehow linked him to his twin brother as his mother. He’s been off my roster since the day after

It sounds like the relationship issue is the problem. Has the registrar fixed the mistake?

I do not see him in bear den in SB+ (I do see him there in legacy)

Registrar suggested fixes haven’t solved the problem
