I keep getting an “Error - Person details do not match” message every time I try to add a new relationship to a Scout in Scoutbook Plus.
From the “Known Scouting Account ID” option, the user is displaying after entering their ID number, last name, and date of birth, but I get that error code after selecting a relationship type and hitting save.
It also gives me female only relationship types (mother of, sister of, grandmother of, stepmother of, aunt of, and guardian of) even if that user’s gender is male.
Please help, as this is going to prevent many new parents from receiving den meeting emails this week!
