When I log in to Scoutbook+, it says my connection to my son says that it needs to be validated by 12/31/25, but I see no way to validate. When I check my son’s profile I see my name listed twice, with one having profile data and one saying “undefined undefined” for the name when I click on them. When I look at their profile in Scoutbook, it shows my name and my wifes name. It looks like an error with it assuming when I log in that I am my wife, as she doesn’t appear to be validated.

If you have a Spouse connected they can do it in SB+ with the instructions - otherwise your council can make the Parent Relationship for you @NickoBSA
Okay. Wanted to also point out the error with it listing my name twice in SB+ vs me and my wife in SB. Not sure if that’s a known issue or not.
@NickoBSA no mistake - you have 2 relationships under your Scout to 2 Other MIDs you have - 2176618 and 140433778 - those can be added to my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID - but it does not solve the Parent issue - looking at it only Council can solve this for you
Thanks for your help. I attempted to add the missing MID in my.scouting but it said that it didn’t match my user profile. Thanks for explaining the issue. I’ll reach out to the council registrar.
@NickoBSA we can also add them if council cannot - I did not look that close to see if there were going to be conflicts

You can’t connect the 778 MID because the date of birth and e-mail addresses don’t match. Your Council can help you straighten this all out.
