Cannot switch log in to BSA credentials or anything else

I’m using a Google account to log in to but that account is going away and I want to switch it to BSA credentials or another Google account. I can’t see how to go from one Google account to another, but it looks like I can go from Google to BSA and then to a different Google. But when I try to switch to BSA I am blocked because my Username is only 7 characters and it wants a minimum of 8. Yet the field is disabled and I can’t change my Username. So I’m stuck.

Your Council will need to open a ticket with National IT to get this changed.

You may want to create a personal gmail account and use that to log in if the current Google account is going away soon as it may take time to get your username updated.

As to your other suggestion, I don’t see any way to change how I currently log in. I see no way to change it to another Google account.
