Cannot Update Date of Birth in My Profile

*1) Hardware: Desktop
*2) Operating system: Windows 10
*3) Browser: Google Chrome
*4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome): Yes
*5) Member ID & Council of person affected: ID13134030

Please see the attached, somehow it’s shown as Invalid Date (in My Profile).
I want to update my Date of Birth because the error prevents me registering my son as a new scout.

I believe you’ll have to reach out to your council for this. You’ll also need to ask them to add the parent relationship in Akela for you, because you don’t appear to have one.
