Parent put in incorrect DOB for herself when creating profile at Beascout

She used her son’s DOB instead of her own. Normally I would “contact council” but as she can’t register her son as she isn’t “old enough” to register a youth, I’m in a bind. Is there any way to fix? I have the Member ID and the proper DOB. Which I won’t post here for privacy.
