Adult in our Unit with "Invalid" birthdate

Hello!

I have a parent in our unit (they’re also applying to be a den leader) who somehow has “invalid date” marked in their profile on my.scouting. They’re unable to change it themselves…What’s the best way to get this fixed? I have the BSA number and the correct birth date. Please let me know. Thank you!

You must contact your council registrar to get the DOB corrected.
