Summer camp is here and I am trying to upload the mbrequirements files from 247 to Scoutbook Legacy. It starts off just fine and then hits a wall at anywhere from 38% to 92% and finally generates an error. I’ve been trying to do this for the last 8 hours with no luck. If this does not work, we are totally hosed for summer camp uploads.
After it errors out, then logging into Legacy Scoutbook doesn’t work until some number of minutes after the last error message.
@GaryJarkewicz - what is the error message as that would be helpful. Beyond that the upload is not native scoutbook it is the feature assistant
Have you glanced at the file - does it seem accurate? how long does the upload take to fail
I checked the file and had Excel remove leading zeroes. Otherwise, the file was the same as the ones I did last year. I was going to try the no-leading zeros file but now the Choose File button is greyed out.
I logged out and back in again and refreshed the page, no change on the choose button.
If the button comes back, I’ll try again with the new file.
HOLD ON. It was greyed out because it is processing one of the uploads. Not sure which attempt. Will report on progress.
Well, now it is all working. The uploads proceed as before. Thanks for the interest.
