Our council uses the “Upload a .csv file” to populate the names of the merit badges each counselor is approved to teach. We create the upload file in the proper .csv format, go through the upload process, correct any errors that we are advised of, and when we process the uploaded, correctly formatted file, we get an error “We encountered an error in processing your file”. We have recreated the upload file several times, looked it over very carefully for any format problems, and continue to get this error. Any suggestions will be happily received.
@JuddStiff I’ve seen that periodically as well. I’m not sure what is causing the error. The emails notifications go out fine to the MBC and the badges are updated fine. So you can probably ignore the error.
I will put in a ticket for the programmers to look into it.
